Third Party Service Providers: These are service providers whose services are critical to the value chain that creates value for our customers. Such Service Providers include 3rd party logistics companies that help with the fulfillment of orders, Payment Companies who help to process payments and customer service etc. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

We accept payments through Paystack. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Paystack, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Business Transfers: This is mostly applicable in the event of any Mergers& Acquisition that feragostyle.com may be involved in. In the event that feragostyle.com is acquired, the customer information is part of the transferable assets. Feragostyle.com will seek to continue to grow and may adopt acquisition of similar businesses as part of its growth strategy. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise).
