Where shoes are delivered and defects are detected on the shoes, the buyer is to initiate the return process within 48hours and is entitled to a refund or exchange if shoes are returned in the exact same condition as delivered.
Shoes returned due to defects will be checked and if defects are confirmed, refunds would be initiated within 48hours. However if no defect is detected the shoes will be returned to the buyer.
Shoes that are not in good condition upon receipt of returns are not eligible for refunds or exchange and will be returned back to the customer within 48hours.
NOTE: Please note that customer bears the cost of the returning the shoes not Ferago Style .
Orders placed on Feragostyle.com can only be canceled within 24hours of payment. However the 3% transaction charge charged by our payment platform; Paystack would be deducted from the amount paid.
Ferago Style reserves the right to cancel any order in a situation where we are unable to meet the requirements for the order placed. However, Ferago Style will ensure that any cancellation of order is communicated to the concerned customer at the appropriate time.
